All Sales Are Final
All certification purchases on the Ethics of AI platform are final. Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued. Certifications are digital products granting immediate access to assessment materials.
What You Receive
Each certification purchase provides access to the purchased tier, including the assessment, supporting resources, and a certification badge upon successful completion.
Exceptions
If you are charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge) or experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchased content, please contact us. These cases will be reviewed individually.
