We are a team of AI engineers, founders, and operators on one mission: put the kind of impact we have had within reach of everyone we work with. We run two separate businesses to do it — a services arm that builds custom AI systems, and an independent standard for responsible AI.

The point isn’t to be indispensable. It’s the opposite. Every business we build with, every organisation we certify, should walk away able to do this themselves — and go on to have an impact of their own. That’s what “starts with you” means.

We are not a big four consulting firm here to sell you a 200-page report that sits in a drawer. We are practitioners who have built AI systems, governed them, and lived with the consequences of getting it wrong — from biased outputs to compliance failures.
Our AI ethics certification is built on practical experience, not theoretical frameworks dreamed up in boardrooms. We know that sometimes the most responsible decision is choosing not to use AI at all. That perspective only comes from people who have actually shipped products, managed teams, and answered to regulators.
